Community Vision Program

The Community Vision Program assists qualified individuals to access vision exams and assist in defraying the expense of glasses.

The program will contribute up to $75 towards a vision examination and up to $225.00 towards basic frames and lenses.

 

Program is subject to income qualification limits that are 200% of the Federal Poverty level and must be pre-approved prior to accessing services.
