General Job Description:
The Part Time Driver is responsible for safe transportation of clients in the Northeastern Counties as well as trips out of the area. Drivers must work as a team with dispatch centers, other drivers, supervisors and the central office to coordinate passengers. It is necessary to be self-motivated and be able to work effectively little direct supervision. This is a hands-on position, and the ideal candidate will be one who has compassion and the ability to work with the elderly and potentially disabled individuals.

General Job Description:
This full-time position is responsible for performing a variety of highly responsible, confidential, and complex duties including providing professional and technical assessment, case management and direct service and assistance to clients. Clients may include the elderly, blind, disabled, brain injured, mentally ill, developmentally disabled, and those in hospice, pediatric and home health. Travel is required, must be able to manage a caseload of 80+, and be detailed oriented and a team player.

Regional Ombudsman Programs:

A Regional Ombudsman Program is a separately identifiable, distinct entity from the Local Ombudsman Entity to provide Ombudsman services in the designated service area of the LOE.

Regional Ombudsman Programs are an extension of the Office of the Long-Term Care Ombudsman, and are required to follow federal and state requirements pertaining to the Ombudsman Program and LTCOP P&Ps.

Regional Ombudsman Programs are managed by a Regional Ombudsman who has completed Ombudsman certification training and is designated by the State Ombudsman as the Regional Ombudsman.
The Regional Ombudsman is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Regional Long-Term Care Program.
