AGING & DISABILITY RESOURCES FOR COLORADO

ADRC-Logo-300x144-transparent-1 (1).png

The ADRC program empowers individuals to effectively navigate their health and other long-term services and support options. Assistance through ADRC is meant to streamline access to long-term care information and services. The ADRC program is available to people age 60 and over and age 18 and over with a disability with long-term care needs.

The Senior Information and Assistance (I&A) Program provides a single point of entry into the aging network and offers convenient access to information on services and benefits for older persons, their families and caregivers.

Please contact one of our helpful Senior Service coordinators to discuss your needs.
