The Community Dental Program exists to assist income qualified individuals access needed dental services.

All Dental services must be pre-approved, and once approved can provide up to $2500 per person or 2750 per household toward dental services with participating providers*.

*  Programs are subject to income qualification limits that are 200% of the Federal Poverty level and must be pre-approved prior to accessing services.
